Registration for courses

Check out the courses offered

Two closed windows

Before you actively register for the coming semester, prepare by checking out the courses offered. Not only to see your options, but also to check out formal prerequisites, overlapping schedules and information that can influence on how you register.

Remember to pay attention to the timeline if you are in need of having courses or special circumstances approved. A good thing is to have your approvals in order for the registration period and at the latest the registration change period.

For Spring
The registration period opens 1 December (midnight)
The registration period closes 10 December (23.59)

For Autumn
The registration period opens 1 June (midnight)
The registration period closes 10 June (23.59)

The registration change period runs in week 5 and 6
(From midnight Sunday until midnight Sunday)

For Autumn
The registration change period runs in week 35 and 36
(From midnight Sunday until midnight Sunday)

How to change your registrations

Registrations and LearnIT

Registered for a course
You can only get access to a course in learnIT with an active course registration. The course pages will be accessible no later than week 2 / 32.

Auditing student
If a registration for an elective or specialisation course failed, then in some situations being an auditing student can be helpful.

An auditing student gets access to the course and can participate, but will not attend the exams or earn ETCS. Contact sap@itu.dk with a confirmation from the course manager and then we can grant you access as an auditing student.
