FAQ

Q: I have forgotten my password or haven't set a password, what do I do?

A: You can easily change or set your password for your account. You can change it with your existing password or by using Digital Post. Read more and find a guide here.

If you are a new student and you don't have access to Digital Post or have an existing password, please stop by the Helpdesk at 2C.

 
Q: [GitHub/ WiFi/ etc.] seems to be down, is it just for me? 
 
A: IT is unpredictable, and we are trying our best to fix the issues as soon as they arise. However, sometimes it takes a while to fix, but if you're in doubt if it's a bug on your computer, or a general issue you can always check the IT Status.


 
Q: What is Multi-Factor Authentication and how do I enable it?
 
A: You can read all about multi-factor authentication and how to set it up here.


Q: The printers doesn't work, what's wrong? 

A: If it is an error in the connection from the web server or your computer, then don't hesitate to contact us. However, there is a physical issue with the printers, e.g. a red light, paper jam, etc., then contact FM at fm@itu.dk

 

Q: Does ITU provide cloud storage services for my files? 

A: Yes! You can read more on what we can offer you here.

 

 
Q: I'm graduating soon, what will happen with my account? 
 
A: Your ITU account will be closed approximately 30 days after your final exam, but don't worry, you will be notified once this is relevant for you. Read more here.
