Prepare for registration

When planning a coming semester you might want project work on the schedule.

Maybe you want to convert an elective module into a project.
Maybe you are looking at writing your Bachelor project, your Research project or Thesis.

For some programmes the supervisor is allocated based on a wish-list, for others you need to contact possible supervisors yourself and land a collaboration.

Remember to reach out in good time, but you can always register for a project, even if you do not have a supervisor or title yet.

Registration period

For Spring
The registration period opens 1 December (midnight)
The registration period closes 10 December (23.59)

For Autumn
The registration period opens 1 June (midnight)
The registration period closes 10 June (23.59)

For Spring
The registration change period runs in week 5 and 6
(From midnight Sunday until midnight Sunday)

For Autumn
The registration change period runs in week 35 and 36
(From midnight Sunday until midnight Sunday)

Project page and problem statement

Your registration for a project will generate a project page in LearnIT. The project page will be ready within 2-3 weeks after the registration period / registration change period has ended.

Your supervisor is added to this page and this is where you submit your problem statement.

The project page is also where you later submit the final project.
