Volunteer as a MSc Buddy

Are you passionate about creating a great and inclusive Study Start for our new MSc students?

If you want to help welcome the new MSc students, in a supporting role --- you might want to join the study start planning team as a MSc Buddy:

It’s a flexible, fun way to be part of Study Start without the responsibility for planning.

As a Buddy, you will:

  • Support tutors during the Study Start days. 
  • Help run games, logistics, and welcome activities.
  • Help facilitate social events like the Intro Party and Grill’n’Chill. 

The tasks listed are the minimum requirement – but you're welcome to do more if you'd like, in agreement with your tutor team.

You must be available for:

  • Planning Workshop: August 10 from 14.00 to 16.00
  • Study Start days: August 20–21
  • Intro Party: August 21 

And you must finish the Online Onboarding course before August 10.

How and when to apply

Apply by August 5or until the team is full.
We hire continuously (up to 20 Buddies).

No interviews – just send a short motivation letter + CV to ltje@itu.dk.
