Your project registration in My Study Activities will generate a page in learnIT for your project or thesis. It will be accessible in LearnIT within a few weeks from when the registration period / the registration change period has ended.
You, possible group members and your supervisor will all have access to the project page.
Please Note:
If your project is cancelled or pushed the project page will be shut down. If you need your work for later, you need to save and store it yourself.
Project title
The title you registered for your project in My Study Activities is the name of the project page. It is also the default project title which will go on your diploma.
Changing your title
If during your project work your title changes, you must write sap@itu.dk and the exam team can change the title for you. It will not change for the project page, but it will be updated in STADS and appear correctly on your diploma.
Changes to the title can be made up until you submit and to guarantee the right title on the Diploma no later than two weeks after you have submitted.
