If you automatically have credits transferred from previous studies to your ITU programme before study start, these credits will count as part of the fulfillment of the progression requirement.

However, if you apply for a credit transfer during your studies, these credits will not count as part of the fulfillment of the progression requirement.

If ITU is not able to offer a coherent study plan with 30 ECTS each semester, you can apply for an exemption from the progression requirement.

If you due to special circumstances cannot meet the progression requirement, you can apply for an exemption from the rule.

For more information about exemptions, see here

The progression requirement and the SU study activity requirements are not the same.

To learn more about the requirements for receiving SU, go to the SU section and read about Study activity requirements in relation to SU.
