Being online, learning and separated form co-students has become a huge part of students’ lifes - for better and worse. The online situation can make us feel alienated, isolated and lonely - it affects our well-being. To overcome those feelings, we need to support and motivate ourselves and each other.

It is important to focus on motivation, interaction and collaboration online so that our social needs are being taken care of.

This online event will shed light on techniques that can give you the daily edge - even when the teaching is online, and the study environment seems far away.

The course alternates between short presentations, online dialogue and small exercises.
