Please read this carefully
You can login to your private Windows computer in 3 ways.
1: Offline account, local administrator account.
2: Online account, private Microsoft account.
3: Online account, ITU school account.
You can sign in with your offline account (local administrator account), with your private Microsoft account, or your ITU school account, which is also a Microsoft account and therefore allowing you to login.
Do not login with your ITU account
Please do not login with your ITU account on your private Windows computer as this will enable the security policy of the IT University. This includes enabling encryption of your disk (BitLocker encryption), password policy, disable fingerprint login etc.
What will happen
When you graduate, your ITU account will be deleted after 30 days and afterwards you can no longer login to your private computer, if it is associated with your ITU school account.
After 30 days your computer will be locked and you might lose data if you don't have a backup of your data.
How to undo
Please follow the undo guide, before date on which your accounts are terminated. We disclaim all responsibility for your private devices.
