FM trains first-aiders who are available to solve first-aid jobs inside ITU as well as outside, e.g. during Intro week. When an alarm sounds, for example in case of fire, first-aiders will report to the information desk and assist the emergency commander.
First-aiders are registered by FM. Persons who have already received first aid education, for example at the military, can report for duty at FM.
Heart starter/Defibrillator
At the parking lot exit near the Information desk, you will find a heart starter/defibrillator hanging on the wall. All first-aiders at ITU are trained to use the heart starter.
