AITU is excited to invite you to a special Industrial Talk: “Taming the Ghost in the Machine: Why Autonomous AI Needs a Knowledge Graph ‘Brain’ to Fix the Cloud” by Lishuai Jing, Co-Founder of Syncable (PhD, ex-Chief Data Scientist)
Presenter is Lishuai Jing, Co-Founder of Syncable, PhD, and former Chief Data Scientist
We live in the age of Large Language Models (LLMs), but LLMs have a fatal flaw: they are probabilistic guessers in a world that requires deterministic answers. When you ask an AI to fix a cloud outage or optimize a budget, “probably right” isn’t good enough.
In this talk, we will trace the evolution of Knowledge Graphs (KGs)—from the early Semantic Web to modern “GraphRAG.” We will explore why major tech companies are racing to combine LLMs with graph databases to create more reliable and impactful AI systems.
Finally, we will introduce Syncable’s vision of building a “World Model” of software—enabling AI agents to visualise code, infrastructure, and costs as a connected ecosystem—solving the hallucination problem in mission-critical systems.
