- Gaining competence confidence and exploring Support options.

Do you wonder or worry about how best to balance the transition from study life to work and career? How best to present your skills and competence – and what to disclose about varying forms of chronic conditions and/or neurodiversity (e.g., ADHD, dyslexia, wheelchair usage, chronic illness or other)?
How best to talk about these issues – and when?

Join us for a 2-hour session designed to equip you with knowledge of available resources and relevant support systems to help you get a good start on your job search, work life and career.

📌 We plan to introduce you to – among other things:
How to identify and communicate your competencies
Personal assistance for persons with disabilities in employment
Preferential access
The ice breaker scheme
Specialisterne, who will visit and share their expertise (see their website)

👩‍💼 During the session, there will be opportunities for you to voice your concerns, share your experiences and engage in discussions related to job search and the transition into work life.

We warmly welcome all students and hope to see you there!
