Your  exam set-up for the oral exam in WISEflow is called FLOWoral.

Teachers and SAP use FLOWoral to plan the exam schedule.

You can see your individual exam schedule (date, time and place) in the flow no later than a week in advance. This goes for oral group exams as well.

Exam variations

Sometimes you’ll have time to prepare, sometimes no preparation is allowed.

You can attend alone and other times it is required that you attend as a group.

What is allowed for your exam

It is your responsibility to check which aids are provided and allowed at the exam and in the exam preparation room.

See the course description and look up the exam variation for info on what is allowed.

Exam day

On the day of the exam

Make sure that you arrive in due time before the exam starts. Remember your student card as identification.

If you are allowed to bring aids for the exam / for preparation then remember these aids.

Online

Online oral exam

If necessary and agreed upon with your course manager/examiner you can attend your oral exam online via zoom.

Be aware that by moving the exam online...

No recording

Students are not allowed to do any kind of auditory or visual recording during the exam.

Oral exams are public

Oral examinations are public, but on the examinee’s request the examination will take place behind closed doors.

Moreover, the Board of Studies may decide in particular cases that an examination is not public, and specify who may be present during the examination.

Only the internal and external examiners may be present during the voting. The Board of Studies may, however, decide that future examiners may be present at the voting as well.[
