Welcome to the IT University of Copenhagen!
The Student Affairs and Programmes Department (SAP) is the study administrative office at the IT University. We offer two different services for you as a student: Support in administrative matters and Study & Career Guidance.
SAP front desk offer you support in administrative matters. This means that if you cannot find the answer to your question at ITU Student, you are very welcome to contact the SAP Front Office. Call, write or find us just outside the 2E wing.
The Study and Career Guidance offer you guidance related to your studies and career, e.g. if you are in doubt about how to go about exams or group work at ITU. We also offer guidance on personal issues, exam anxiety, group matters and more.
As an exchange student there is a lot of information you need to process, and it takes some time to get acquainted with the life at ITU. One way of gaining some insight is by browsing through the content of the website ITU Student. Moreover, it can be beneficial to read more in detail about how to develop your study skills, how you are evaluated at exams and how to get involved in student organisations. You find this, and much more, information in the Study & Career Guidance tab and the Campus tab at ITUstudent.
As an exchange student, your primary contact is the International Coordinator, so if you have any questions, feel free to reach out. The International Coordinator is also organising the Introduction Day for exchange students together with a student counselor and a couple of ITU students.
We are all looking forward to welcome you to ITU!
Kind Regards,
Student Affairs and Programmes and the International Coordinator (Inbound)
