To log in use your ITU account, which means your ITU email and usual password. Choose the Microsoft login.
Follow this link to log onto WISEflow. MitID is not a possible option to use.
Two-factor authentication Verify your access with your mobile phone using two-factor authentication. If you have not yet set up two-factor authentication, you can find a guide on how to do this on this page.
You will be taken directly to the actual exam flow, otherwise select the 'Participation tab' to get to your flow overview.
In WISEflow, exams are called "flows", and the "Flow overview" gives you an overview of your exams.
Here you can see the status of the individual exams and the type of exam in question. See here for examples as described below.
Find the current flow and select the green arrow to open the flow / To find your current flow, look for the green arrow and select it to open the flow.
2-4 weeks before your exam, you will receive an email notification from WISEflow with a link to your exam.
Click the link to access your exam in WISEflow.
You can try out the different exam types by using the test function 'Demo flow'. Select Try out demo next to the flow type you want to try.
Go back to your flow overview by clicking 'overview' or the 'Participation' tab.
By clicking the individual flows in the flow overview, you will get more information about the exams e.g. exam date, deadline, FLOWtype and other relevant information.
Remember always to check for information send out through learnIT about your course exams.
You only have access to exam assignments submitted in WISEflow for 30 days from when your assignment was assessed.
When the 30 days have passed the submissions will no longer be accessible.
