A limit to your registrations
You cannot exceed the registration limit of 37,5 ECTS pr. semester. The only exception is, if for the Spring semester you want to register for 37,5 ECTS + a Summer University course, then you write sap@itu.dk.

Where to register?
You register in My Study Activities. There is a tab called projects that allows you to register for different types of projects.

If you have issues making a registration send an e-mail to sap@itu.dk in the registration period, and we will look into it.

Updates to your registration

Please send it to sap@itu.dk when you have settled on a supervisor.

Choosing project codes

When you register you choose between different project codes. Each code represents a different project.

If you have not registered for a project before you choose number 1. If writing a second project, you choose the second project code.

Be aware
If you are registering for a project again because you didn't submit for the first attempts, Student Affairs & Programmes will need to handle the registration for you. Write sap@itu.dk.

Group projects

Only one member of the group has to make the registration and then add the other group member(s).

Added group members will receive an invitation for the project which they need to accept.

Splitting / joining a project
If your group want's to split you need to inform sap@itu.dk, so each student get's their own project page.

Likewise write sap if you need us to merge two project pages into one joint project.

Whats next

Hopefully you are all set to register now.
Maybe you need to visit the page About projects and project work or you can go to the main page Projects.
