Grades and grading

7-point grade scale
All exams at ITU are graded according to the 7-point grade scale or the pass/fail evaluation.

When are grades announced
For oral exams you get the grade immediately after.
For other exams you will receive the grade no lather than 4 weeks after your exam.

In the calculation of 4 weeks, July and the week between Christmas and New Year does not count.

Delayed grades
If your grades are delayed you are welcome to contact the course manager for updates.

Access to your grades
You can access your grades in My Study Activities.
SAP will not announce grades over the phone or by email.

Feedback
You can contact your examiner for feedback regarding your exam result.
Please be aware that you do not have a statutory right to a statement from your examiner.

Grades from a foreign University
The grade for courses taken on foreign Universities will be converted to "passed" in your diploma.
Remember to send a signed transcript from  the University, so we can have the ECTS and grades verified.

Grades from a Danish University
The grade for courses taken at another Danish University will follow and appear on your Diploma.
Remember to send a signed transcript from the university, so we can have the ECTS and grades verified.
