If you cannot find the answer to your question in your Study Guide, you can contact Student Affairs and Programmes (SAP). We will gladly answer all factual questions you may have about your studies. In SAP we handle all administrative tasks related to you and your study programme. If you have questions regarding administrative matters such as admission, course registration, exams, SU, exemptions or credit transfer, the SAP Front Office is the place to go.
In Students Affairs and Programmes you also find the Study and Career Guidance. We offer you guidance related to your studies and career, e.g. if you are in doubt about the direction of your studies, want to study abroad or need guidance to clarify your skills and competencies. We also offer guidance on personal issues, thesis- and project writing, exam anxiety, group matters and more. As study advisors we are not experts on your life but we can help you to reflect on what is the right decision for you. The Study and Career Guidance is also organising your introduction days at the IT University and if you have any questions, please, do not hesitate to contact us.
Good luck with your studies!
