Your test-taking days will not end once you leave university. Assessment tools such as personality and logic tests, cases or assessments days are widely used by companies in their recruitment process to identity people’s traits, such as competences, work ethic or emotional intelligence.
There is no easy way to game well-designed tools. That said, if you are an informed test taker, you will be more likely to showcase your best self. You will also be in a better position to evaluate whether the job is right for you.

At the event, Ørsted and Agency for Digitisation will give you insights to their tests and how they make use of them, and get their best advice for how to ace your next test!
